Terms and conditions

General
Our minimum hire period is 7 days, if you wish to hire items for less than 7 days the minimum 7 day charge applies. All equipment is of safe working and clean condition at the start of your hire period, and is required to be returned in the same condition. Action will be taken in the form of deposits not refunded, for the cleaning, repairing etc of damaged equipment. If at anytime there is any problem with the equipment hired, the client must inform tots baby equipment hire.com when first discovered, to allow for an adequate re-placement to be made, as no refunds will be given at the end of the hire period.

Car seats
Please note: it is the hirer s responsibility to ensure that all car seats hired are of correct stage for age height and weight of the child. As well as making sure it fits correctly into any vehicle that will be used. Tots baby equipment will not fit any car seats hired; it is the hirer s responsibility. We will always supply fitting instructions.

Carriage
All delivery/collection charges are to be meet by the client.

Payment
All payments to be made in full on receipt of delivery of the equipment hired by the client, unless otherwise stated. Deposits are required on all orders of equipment hire.

Liability
The client must acknowledge and agree that tots baby equipment hire.com cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury etc occurred when using our equipment.

All equipment remains the property of tots baby equipment hire at all times.
